Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, provide HR guidance, and enhance workforce planning while working 100% remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with management to provide HR guidance and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Partner with operational leaders and union representatives to foster positive labor management relationships
- Identify training needs and provide coaching for career development and performance management
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources and 3 years resolving complex employee relations issues
- Experience supporting unionized workforces and working with collective bargaining agreements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR/SPHR preferred, with certification to be obtained within one year of employment
