Job Summary
Supporting the organization's People Operations Compliance priorities, the full-time Senior HR Compliance Analyst will analyze regulatory requirements, coordinate compliance initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance frameworks and mitigate risks in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements and support the implementation of compliance strategies across various employment-related processes
- Partner with stakeholders to assess client-driven compliance requirements and ensure adherence to applicable laws, providing solutions for high-risk compliance matters
- Contribute to the design and evaluation of compliance frameworks and internal controls, promoting standardization and documentation aligned with audit requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in People compliance, employment law, or related governance/risk roles
- PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications are highly preferred
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably UKG Pro and iCIMS
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and database management
