Senior HR Consultant

Job Summary

To support its Managed Services team, the full-time Senior HR Consultant will independently manage multiple client relationships, lead various HR projects, and advise clients on sensitive employee relations matters while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple client relationships and consulting engagements
• Lead projects involving compensation, compliance, succession planning, and HR operations
• Advise clients on sensitive employee relations and workplace matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
• Strong knowledge of compensation, employment compliance, and talent management
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Professional certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred
