Senior HR Consultant

Job Summary

Providing outsourced HR and consulting services, the full-time Senior HR Consultant will manage daily HR functions, oversee payroll processing, and perform full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver professional HR consulting services to clients across various industries
• Manage payroll processing and maintain data integrity within the HRIS/payroll system
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference checks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of progressive HR experience across various functional areas
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now / ADP Run
• Experience in preparing and processing payroll
• Functional knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
