Senior HR Consultant

Job Summary

To support client HR functions, the full-time Senior HR Consultant will develop and provide HR solutions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration, while collaborating with the Human Resources Outsourcing team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the Manager and HRO team to enhance client service and evolve service offerings
• Administers employee benefit programs and establishes efficient processes for enrollment and communication
• Develops and supports performance management processes and optimizes client HRIS systems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, I/O psychology, organizational communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources or organizational development
• Experience in a consulting or HR Business Partner role
• Familiarity with various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as iSolved or ADP
• Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
