Job Summary
To support the delivery and continuous improvement of HR reporting and analytics, the full-time Senior HR Data Analyst will work remotely, focusing on developing and optimizing Workday reports and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau while collaborating with various stakeholders to provide meaningful insights into workforce data.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the HR reporting and analytics function, including development, delivery, and maintenance of reporting solutions
- Develop and optimize advanced Workday reports and dashboards, serving as a subject matter expert
- Design effective data visualizations and workforce analytics to provide insights into key People & Culture initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, or related data roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday reporting and analytics capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience designing dashboards and workforce reporting solutions for HR stakeholders
- Strong understanding of HR data, processes, and common workforce metrics
