Job Summary
Leading HR process optimization initiatives, the full-time Senior HR Operations Lead will manage leave management programs, HR policies, and employee lifecycle processes in a remote capacity for approximately four months, with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HR process optimization work streams, including assessment, design, implementation, and handoff
- Partner on leave management programs and enhance the employee and manager experience
- Guide HR policy, program, and compliance practices in collaboration with HR leadership and legal counsel
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in senior HR operations roles
- Proven experience in designing and scaling HR operations in a multi-state U.S. environment
- UKG (UKG Pro or Ready) experience
- Deep knowledge of leave management laws and program implementation
- Hands-on HRIS process experience, including workflow design and testing configuration changes
