Job Summary
Supporting a leading automotive supplier and manufacturing client, the full-time Senior HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, drive equitable hiring outcomes, and build diverse talent pipelines in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer across corporate and manufacturing functions
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align recruiting strategies with workforce plans
- Develop data-driven talent insights to support HR and business leaders with market trends and hiring metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in HR, corporate/professional, and high-volume manufacturing environments
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic recruiting initiatives with HR and business leadership
- Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent preferred
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices
