Senior HR Service Partner

Job Summary

Supporting associates and leaders in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior HR Service Partner will deliver high-quality HR services, manage complex inquiries, and ensure operational excellence within the HR Shared Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, managing a caseload of complex transactions
• Log and manage tickets in the case management system, ensuring service quality standards are met
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing insights to enhance HR processes and tools

Required qualifications

• College degree required
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish preferred
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services environment
• Strong understanding of HR policies and regulatory requirements
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
