Senior HR Technology Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior HR Technology Manager, the successful candidate will serve as the strategic technology partner for HR, managing the HRIS and supporting systems across the Talent function while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT partner for HR technology, connecting HR leadership with Enterprise IT to build a shared platform strategy
• Assess and stabilize the current HR technology ecosystem, identifying gaps and creating a clear path forward
• Translate recurring system pain points into structured improvement opportunities, coordinating changes and releases with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Experience owning or managing enterprise technology platforms such as ERP or HRIS
• A technical foundation that informs product thinking and understanding of system architecture
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into system strategy and governance frameworks
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams
• Proven ability to assess and improve partially built or inherited technology implementations
