Senior HR Technology Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development and maintenance of IT solutions for HR processes, the full-time Senior HR Technology Manager will manage Workday platform configurations, partner with HR leaders to align technology with business needs, and oversee project delivery in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday modules including HCM, Talent Management, and Payroll
- Partner with HR leaders to translate business requirements into technology capabilities and prioritize solutions
- Direct Workday implementation projects, managing budgets, timelines, and organizational change management efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in the HR IT field with a background in technology and human resources
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in configuring various Workday modules including Talent, Payroll, and Compensation
- 3+ years of experience in configuring and implementing Workday solutions such as Paradox and Adaptive Planning
- Strong program and project management skills, with experience leading diverse teams and influencing stakeholders
