Senior HR Training Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior HR Training Analyst will create and maintain training and performance support materials for an ERP program, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences across various formats.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs utilizing adult learning methodologies in multiple formats
- Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines and job aids, using tools like Articulate Storyline and SharePoint
- Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience, preferably in training, business, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in instructional design and training methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with e-learning technologies and LMS platforms
- Proficiency in using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Enable Now
