Senior HR Training Analyst

Job Summary

To support the ERP program, the remote Senior HR Technical Training Analyst will design and deliver training programs across various formats while creating and maintaining training materials and managing stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs using adult learning methodologies in multiple formats
• Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines and job aids, utilizing tools like Articulate Storyline and SharePoint
• Manage training logistics and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and content accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in training, business, quality, or a related field
• 4+ years of work experience in instructional design and training methodologies
• Demonstrated experience with training technologies such as Articulate Storyline and LMS platforms
• 4+ years of experience using SAP Enable Now
