Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on optimizing HR systems, the full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst will manage the design and integration of People systems, ensuring data integrity and automating workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for the HR systems stack, translating processes into robust architectural designs
- Design and improve workflows for various People Ops processes, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance reporting
- Own the integration layer between HR tools and external vendors, ensuring seamless data movement and monitoring for issues
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
- Deep hands-on experience in HR information systems configuration and administration
- Proficiency in Atlassian/Jira for project management and workflow automation
- Advanced data skills, including high-level proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools
- Experience with AI and automation tools to enhance operational workflows
