Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Managing the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will oversee system configuration, data integrity, and reporting while providing specialized support and expertise to enhance HR-related applications in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS application system administrator, maintaining system configuration and coordinating upgrades
- Analyze and design complex reports, providing specialized HRIS support for human resources applications
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement solutions for improving HR processes and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience with Ceridian Dayforce and its configuration
- Advanced knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems, including report writing
- Experience with HR Analytics and cloud-based Document Management
- Strong project management skills and experience in systems implementation
