Job Summary
Leading the implementation and management of HR systems, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will work remotely to optimize HR technology, streamline workflows, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new Workday modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
- Serve as the primary administrator for HRIS platforms, ensuring effective configuration and data integrity
- Evaluate and enhance current HR technology to automate workflows and improve user experience
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration with a focus on HR systems implementation
- Experience with Workday Core Human Capital Management and Payroll is required
- Hands-on experience with multiple HR modules such as core HR, talent, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of data structures, systems integrations, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance requirements related to HR data
