Job Summary
To optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), the full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst will manage the configuration and governance of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, lead complex initiatives, and provide strategic consulting to HR leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Workday Payroll and Time Tracking technology and system
- Lead discovery sessions to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Design and develop complex reports and dashboards while ensuring data quality and governance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5-8 years of HRIS or HR technology experience with hands-on configuration in Workday Payroll and Time Tracking
- Advanced experience with enterprise HR systems, preferably Workday
- Demonstrated experience leading complex configurations and projects
- Workday Pro certifications or equivalent HR technology certifications preferred
