Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting HRIS systems remotely, the contract Senior HRIS Analyst will manage reporting, analytics, and project support within a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing UKG Pro People Analytics and Workforce Management.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HRIS reporting and analytics requests
- Develop and maintain complex reports using UKG Pro People Analytics
- Manage HRIS-related cases and requests through ServiceNow
Required qualifications
- Highly proficient in Excel with experience in complex reporting and data analysis
- Extensive experience with UKG Pro BI-People Analytics reporting and web imports
- Knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration
- Experience creating multi-join reports and understanding of cardinality and burst reporting
- Prior experience with case management systems, particularly ServiceNow
