Senior HRIS Product Analyst
Job Summary
Driving the strategy and implementation of HRIS solutions, the full-time Senior HRIS Product Analyst will enhance employee experiences and operational effectiveness through data-driven technology initiatives while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly customer calls and team discussions to address outstanding issues and plan initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and reporting, utilizing tools like Excel for data manipulation and reconciliation
- Oversee the implementation of new customers into the HRIS and train newly onboarded Senior Product Claims Analysts
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR systems and HRIS integrations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and troubleshooting
- Proven collaboration skills with internal teams and external customers
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Disability Claims, FMLA, or other paid leave types
