- Manage participant onboarding, verification, and activation while tracking supply and quality
- Lead operational projects from planning through delivery, coordinating teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in human data, AI data, or marketplace operations
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience improving participant or supply operations, including onboarding and quality management
- Familiarity with AI/ML data operations such as data labeling and evaluation
- Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
