Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary
To support strategic alignment between people and business goals, the full-time Senior Human Resources Business Partner will partner with leaders to implement scalable people programs, drive metrics reviews, and coach on performance management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to translate firm strategy into clear people priorities, including workforce planning and organizational design
- Lead quarterly people metrics reviews and drive action plans based on hiring, attrition, engagement, and organizational health
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and support change management during periods of growth and transformation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in high-growth, multi-location environments
- Strength in organizational design, performance coaching, talent planning, and change management
- Comfort using data to diagnose issues and track outcomes
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust with varied stakeholders
