Senior Human Resources Partner

Job Summary

To support a market-leading business unit, the full-time Senior Human Resources Partner will shape people strategy, drive organizational design, and lead change management initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, aligning people strategy with business objectives and enhancing employee experience
• Lead organizational design and talent planning efforts, conducting needs assessments and skill gap analyses to ensure workforce readiness
• Advise senior leaders on talent management, facilitating succession planning and coaching on employee relations and culture-building initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as a strategic business partner focused on organizational design
• Proven experience in leading change management and workforce planning initiatives
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business issues into HR solutions
• Established credibility as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, with excellent interpersonal skills
