Senior Human Services Researcher

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Human Services Researcher, this remote-eligible position will lead and support project teams in conducting research, evaluations, and performance measurement for programs aimed at improving outcomes for low-income families, particularly in areas like TANF and employment initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading multidisciplinary teams to implement research and evaluation studies, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Developing and using performance measures to assess program implementation, service delivery, and participant outcomes
• Engaging in business development and responding to proposals related to TANF and economic mobility initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Master's with equivalent experience in a relevant field and at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Substantive expertise in human services policy areas, particularly TANF and employment programs
• Experience developing performance measurement frameworks and translating results for program leaders
• Strong quantitative research skills, including experience with research design and analysis of various data types
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving challenges
