Senior I and C Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior I&C Engineer, this position will manage technical solutions for SCADA system upgrades and other instrumentation and control projects in the power sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a lead engineer on multiple projects, providing technical solutions for design and construction issues
- Evaluate engineering techniques and apply industry standards to meet project goals and client requirements
- Develop technical specifications and oversee the preparation of design calculations and project drawings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in instrumentation and controls engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in the power generation market
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and PLC, with DCS system experience considered desirable
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to mentor entry and mid-level engineers
