Senior I/O Consultant
Job Summary
To support upcoming opportunities for federal government clients, the remote Senior I/O Consultant will conduct needs assessments, analyze career progression frameworks, and develop recommendations for modernizing career progression processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze existing career progression materials and practices
- Obtain stakeholder insights through focus groups, interviews, or surveys, and analyze data to improve organizational effectiveness
- Develop career progression models and implementation strategies, including reports and briefings for leadership
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, public policy, HR, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in workforce analysis, HR consulting, or law enforcement projects
- Must have or be able to obtain a top-secret security clearance and be a U.S. citizen
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Additional licensures or certifications in relevant assessment tools or methodologies are a plus
