Job Summary
As a remote full-time Senior IAM Analyst, the candidate will lead governance and strategy initiatives for the Identity and Access Management program, conduct IAM assessments, and collaborate with technical teams to implement IAM standards effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Lead IAM governance, strategy, and advisory initiatives for all identity types
- Conduct comprehensive IAM assessments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive program and process development, including onboarding, provisioning, and access reviews
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in IAM governance, strategy, and advisory services
- Hands-on experience with passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, and PAM solutions
- Deep knowledge of Identity Management Systems and PAM platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO27001 or NIST
