Senior IAM Engineer
Job Summary
To support the global identity governance infrastructure, the full-time Senior IAM Engineer will design, build, and maintain identity lifecycle automation and access governance solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of custom Java-based workflows and platform configurations for identity lifecycle automation
- Architect and implement REST API integrations to connect enterprise systems with the core IGA platform
- Own CI/CD pipeline automation and modernize manual provisioning tasks into automated workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of hands-on Identity & Access Management experience in large, global environments
- Advanced engineering experience with Java or Groovy for building complex business rules and provisioning logic
- Deep technical proficiency with REST APIs, JSON/XML processing, and automated API validation
- Hands-on CI/CD automation experience using DevOps orchestration tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
