Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

As a hands-on identity engineer, the full-time Senior Workforce IAM Engineer will manage the Governance and Compliance pillar, overseeing access reviews and ensuring compliance while working remotely and occasionally traveling for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage access reviews, certifications, and governance processes across human, service, and AI agent identities
• Build and enforce governance for AI agent identities within the IGA platform, ensuring accountability and compliance
• Collaborate with the WIAM team on identity engineering tasks, maintaining security and compliance standards across identity services

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management and/or security engineering, including hands-on work with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta
• Proven experience in designing and executing access reviews and attestation campaigns at scale
• Familiarity with policy and compliance frameworks such as NIST and translating them into practical controls
• Hands-on production experience with Okta, particularly Okta Identity Governance and Okta Workflows
• Understanding of identity and access standards, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM
