Job Summary
Owning the enterprise User Access Review program, the full-time Senior IAM Governance Analyst will manage operational execution, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of the IAM governance program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute periodic access reviews across various platforms, ensuring appropriate access levels
- Assess access reviews for quality and effectiveness, identifying risks and driving remediation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance governance processes and support compliance audits
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, IT Audit, or Governance, Risk & Compliance
- 3+ years of experience leading User Access Reviews or identity governance programs
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance best practices
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC, PCI DSS, SOX, or ISO 27001
- Proven analytical and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions
