Senior Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary

Managing complex employment-based immigration matters, the full-time Senior Immigration Paralegal will handle H-1B, L, O, PERM, NIW, and EB-1 cases while overseeing and mentoring other paralegals in a flexible work-from-home environment based in Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee business immigration cases, including H-1B, L, O, PERM, NIW, and EB-1 matters
• Independently prepare and file complex employment-based immigration petitions from start to finish
• Oversee the work of paralegals supporting employment-based immigration matters and provide training and guidance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a business/employment-based immigration paralegal
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration procedures, policies, and forms
• Experience handling employment-based visas and/or corporate immigration compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage a heavy caseload and multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience overseeing, training, or mentoring other paralegals preferred
