Senior Implementation Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Implementations Services Associate who is passionate about delivering effective customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end onboarding and implementation for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
- Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of value to customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting or risk advisory
- Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or related fields preferred
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001 preferred
- Passion for SaaS applications and understanding of the Risk Cloud platform
