Job Summary
Owning the largest and most complex client implementations, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will drive success across technical, organizational, and commercial dimensions while working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex client implementations from kickoff through stabilization, ensuring successful outcomes
- Advise clients on organizational change and platform adoption, guiding them through transformational implementations
- Design and implement standardized methodologies and templates to improve delivery speed and consistency
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise project delivery with a focus on complex client engagements
- Deep expertise in enterprise implementation strategy and organizational transformation
- Strong track record of designing processes that improve delivery speed and client satisfaction
- Familiarity with construction finance and lending workflows
- Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies
