Senior Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Partnering with Sales and Implementation Architects, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage the configuration and testing of front-office solutions for the Genesis Platform, focusing on Order Management and Portfolio Management, while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the configuration and testing of front-office solutions, ensuring alignment with client workflows and requirements
- Manage functional delivery across multiple concurrent client implementations and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Lead training sessions for various user groups and support onsite and remote go-live events, addressing post-launch issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of professional experience in financial services or technology onboarding preferred
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience with AI tools for process automation and productivity enhancement
- Working knowledge of relational databases and Windows server environments
