Senior Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid model, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage client onboarding for the Eze OMS, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and Implementation Architects to define Order Management requirements and client workflows
- Own the configuration and testing of front-office solutions, focusing on Order Management and related integrations
- Lead user acceptance testing and training for clients, ensuring smooth transitions to ongoing support
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in a financial services or technology onboarding role preferred
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with AI tools for process automation and productivity enhancement
- Working knowledge of relational databases and Windows server environments
