Senior Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
To support the implementation of Edifecs' solutions, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage the installation and configuration of applications for payer systems, develop integrations, and provide training and support to clients in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and configure Edifecs applications on AWS, Azure, or virtual machines
- Analyze business requirements to create technical configurations and workflows
- Provide post-implementation support and develop training documentation for clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical healthcare system implementation
- 3+ years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and analysis
- Deep understanding of X12 standards and FHIR interoperability patterns
- Experience implementing solutions on AWS and Azure using CI/CD pipelines
