Senior Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
To support the delivery of software implementation projects, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will work remotely, managing client relationships, leading requirements gathering, and ensuring successful software configuration and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support
- Facilitate business-requirement sessions to understand client needs and recommend optimal solutions
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5-7 years in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of software development practices
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in software implementation environments
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours on a daily basis
