Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading client implementations for workforce solutions, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage the entire client launch experience, from post-sale handoff through go-live, while working remotely and building scalable processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation approach for assigned client-facing solutions, establishing clear processes and launch readiness criteria
• Lead client implementations, managing project scope, timelines, and ensuring alignment between clients and internal teams
• Oversee client setup and configuration, including data readiness and migration, while coordinating technical requirements and testing

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, or related client-facing environments
• 3+ years of experience leading complex client implementations or cross-functional launch programs
• Proven ability to manage multiple client launches simultaneously
• Experience with data migration and working with technical teams on integrations
• Strong project management skills, including organization and documentation capabilities
