Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will empower clients to navigate the Greenhouse platform, ensuring timely launches and overcoming roadblocks while working remotely in the Eastern or Central Timezone.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the implementation and launch process, ensuring optimal timelines and achieving time to first value
• Provide support and mentorship by demonstrating product knowledge and best practices
• Advocate for client needs and collaborate with internal teams for a smooth post-implementation transition

Required qualifications

• Customer-facing experience with global entities and multiple stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
• Background in delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with various customer personas at leadership levels
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus
