Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support the onboarding of large enterprise firms, the remote Senior Implementation Consultant will manage customized implementations of Wealthbox, guiding clients through setup, configuration, and adoption of the platform while ensuring they are fully prepared to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation process from kickoff to go-live for large advisory firms
• Meet with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and guide them through the setup and configuration of Wealthbox
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while providing strategic guidance and best practices to clients

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, consulting, or product education in a SaaS environment
• Experience with enterprise or complex B2B customer implementations
• Ability to quickly learn complex software and teach it to non-technical users
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through across multiple concurrent projects
• Financial services or wealth management experience is a plus
