Job Summary
Managing the onboarding of new clients, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will oversee data conversion, system configuration, and client training for equity and stock plan systems in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input on work planning and timelines for new client implementations
- Perform data conversion and quality review for stock plan-specific data
- Develop and deliver client training plans and materials on stock plan system functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience with equity or stock plan administration systems
- Strong skills in data analysis, conversion, and validation
- Knowledge of financial transactions, cap tables, and equity compensation concepts
