Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading customer implementations in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and launch of UKG solutions across Benefits Administration, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, testing, and launch of assigned UKG solutions
• Partner with customers and internal teams to gather, document, and translate business and configuration requirements
• Manage projects from requirements gathering through configuration, customer validation, and launch

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources, HR technology, or related fields
• 5 or more years of experience in system implementation, configuration, or customer-facing technology services
• Demonstrated experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into system configurations
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
