Job Summary
To support the successful implementation of cloud-based software, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage project delivery on the Force.com platform, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and utilize AI tools to enhance project efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of Fusion projects by implementing cloud-based software
- Lead project activities including meetings, documentation, and system demonstrations
- Utilize and document AI tools to improve efficiency and share best practices
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience working with external clients on technology projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Familiarity with Jira, MS Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and the Force.com platform
- Ability to learn new skills and work on multiple projects simultaneously
