Senior Implementation Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Senior Implementation Delivery Lead will manage client implementations, serve as a technical expert, and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client implementation meetings and manage expectations by communicating project status and delivery timelines
• Oversee multiple implementation workstreams, including system configuration, testing, and vendor integrations
• Coach and mentor Implementation Analysts to enhance project delivery and professional development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of client relationship management, consulting, and implementation experience
• Experience with benefits administration platforms and implementation processes
• Proven ability to manage complex client implementations and multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with clients and brokers
