Job Summary
Leading client project implementations, the full-time Senior Implementation Lead will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring successful execution of deliverables while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Owns project execution and outcomes, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction
- Leads discovery sessions and drives adoption of contracted functionalities to maximize client value
- Configures the Origami platform to meet client requirements and manages project team deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a business-related field
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services position
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, and SQL preferred
- Healthcare or EHS industry experience preferred
- Superior communication and presentation skills required
