Senior Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Guiding clients through the full implementation and onboarding lifecycle for Euna Grants, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will lead discovery sessions, configure systems, deliver training, and manage cross-functional relationships in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand business processes and system requirements
- Deliver implementations in alignment with Euna's Implementation Methodology and configure client instances of Euna Grants
- Conduct client trainings and support requests for troubleshooting and project-related work
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of implementation or account management experience (8+ years for Senior Implementation Manager)
- Working knowledge of grants management and public sector experience preferred
- Demonstrated technical acumen with SaaS platforms and system architecture concepts
- Extensive experience training clients in a virtual environment
