Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Implementation Manager, the successful candidate will manage project plans for implementing and migrating H1 solutions, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction while collaborating across Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans for customer implementations and migrations of H1 solutions
• Lead high visibility projects requiring internal and external planning and communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and inform product initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience implementing SaaS or data solutions in the healthcare space
• Proven track record in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and presentation skills across various organizational levels
• Demonstrated resilience and tenacity in achieving success
