Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex customer onboarding and implementation programs, the full-time Senior Implementation Program Manager will oversee execution, project governance, and risk management for Arena PLM and QMS solutions in a remote capacity, ensuring timely decisions and alignment with success criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the successful execution of strategic customer implementations by managing project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Establish clear customer responsibilities and proactively identify and escalate risks that could impact implementation success
• Develop a structured executive communication framework to promote transparency and informed decision-making throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program/project implementation management leadership
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level transformation programs
• Exceptional customer engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading full project lifecycles using traditional PMI Process or Scrum/Agile approach
• Bachelor's degree required
