Senior Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of integration solutions, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Statements of Work and collaborate with stakeholders to assess project requirements and deliverables
- Design, configure, deploy, and validate Mitchell products and services, including integration infrastructure components
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for requirements, design, deployment, and project support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with technologies such as FTP/SFTP, Web Services, XML, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Proven success collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Experience in medical bill review, healthcare technology, claims management, or a related industry is preferred
- Experience in a technical support, implementation, systems integration, or client-facing technology role is preferred
