Senior Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Guiding a high-volume book of growth and commercial customers through structured onboarding, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will lead concurrent implementations, conduct architecture discovery sessions, and configure technical integrations, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 15 or more concurrent implementations, guiding customers through onboarding frameworks from kickoff to launch
- Conduct architecture discovery sessions to ensure CRM configurations align with customers' sales and marketing workflows
- Configure core technical integrations, including CRM connectors and data warehouse connections, while tracking progress against milestones
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure, specifically Salesforce and/or HubSpot
- Familiarity with the B2B GTM ecosystem and integration of various sales and marketing tools
- Experience working with B2B sales, marketing, or revenue operations teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements
