Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Owning client implementations end-to-end, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will manage project plans and technical setups for healthcare clients, ensuring successful go-lives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage client implementations from Sales handoff through go-live, including project plans and timelines
• Configure SFTP access and client settings, and perform initial data validation while partnering with Engineering for troubleshooting
• Lead client communications and manage expectations, coordinating training and readiness checks for smooth transitions to Client Success

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management with direct client engagement
• Hands-on experience with SFTP file transfers and implementation configuration
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations and lead client calls independently
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment with adaptability to evolving processes
• Familiarity with healthcare technology implementations and operational solutions
